Perfectionism
As a perfectionist, you realize that things cannot always be absolutely PERFECT... but you still hold yourself to a set of standards that seem reasonable to you, and unbearable to miss the mark.

My approach includes education about being highly sensitive, which involves heightened sensory processing & overstimulation, deep emotional responses, experiencing intense emotions, high empathy, and a greater awareness of subtleties in the environment.
