  • Do you offer online counseling?
    YES!
I offer in person sessions or online video sessions through a secure platform. Another option is a combination of both to meet your scheduling needs.

  • Who do you work with?
I specialize in working with teens and young women. My focuses include depression, anxiety, perfectionism, highly sensitive people, and trauma. I do also work with male clients. Feel free to contact me if you're outside of those specifications to see if we'd be a good fit.

  • What qualifications do you have?
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor MH15080 with 10 years of experience in the field. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling I have worked in several different capacities. I have experience in outpatient counseling settings working with depression and anxiety among several other concerns. One of my most rewarding jobs was working with sexual abuse victims and their families. I most enjoy working one-on-one with teens and young adults and seeing them gain confidence in themselves.

  • How long does counseling last?
Your counseling experience is unique to you! I suggest starting with once a week or every other week sessions, and we can increase or decrease the frequency if needed. At the intake session I will gladly discuss with you an estimated time frame to achieve your goals, but ultimately it is different for everyone. I enjoy doing long term work, and my door is always open because I believe therapy can be a life long resource for growth.

  • Where are you located?
My office address is 13919 Carrollwood Village Run Suite 2. It is located off of Dale Mabry Hwy between Fletcher and Bearss Ave. My office building is right behind the Newsome Eye offices. Access the parking lot from Carrollwood Village Run, not Dale Mabry Hwy.
